I have not read Goleman's other books about Emotional Intelligence but this collection is a good start as it aptly summarizes his study of leadership setting.

It makes each member of the group understand how to improve the dynamics and harmony among them. My only concern with the book is that it has not expounded more on how to overcome issues related to low EI.
